155.  Milca (Haran, Terah, Nahor, Serug, Reu, Peleg, Eber, Salah, Arphaxad, Shem, Noah, ...) was born Bet. 1948 - 1943 BC in Ur of the Chaldees.  She married Nahor Ω in 1903 BC in Ur of the Chaldees, son of Terah.  He was born in 1985 BC in Ur of the Chaldees, and died in 1813 BC in Haran.

 

Notes for Milca:

Her name in Hebrew: הכלמ Milkâh (mil-kaw’) Strongs #4435; queen.

Milca married her uncle after the death of her father, and bore him eight sons.  She is also the grandmother of Rebekah, who is the wife of Isaac.

 

 

Notes for Nahor:

His name in Hebrew is: רוחכ Nâchôwr (nawkhore’) Strongs #5152; snorer.  In Greek: Ναχώρ Nachōr (nakh-ore) Strongs #3493.

Genesis, Jubilees and Jasher hardly mention anything about Nahor.  It may be surmised that Nahor was born at the same time as his brother Haran. (49)  Nahor married his niece Milca after the death of her father.

In Genesis 22:24, Nahor had a concubine in which he had an additional four children.

Nahor remained in Haran when Abram moved to Canaan. (50)

Nahor died in the fortieth year of Isaac at the age of 172. (51)
